• Dynamic Resistance & Assistance: Features a 3mtr long latex tube that provides powerful elastic energy to either resist movement for strength building or pull the athlete forward for over-speed training.

• Safety-First Protective Sleeve: The latex core is encased in a sleeve for protection, preventing over-stretching and ensuring that in the rare event of a tube failure, the athlete remains safe from snap-back.
• Dual-Athlete Interaction: Equipped with 2 harnesses at each end, allowing for partner-based training where one athlete acts as the anchor or "pacer" while the other focuses on explosive acceleration.

• Heavy-Duty Comfort: The harnesses are designed to distribute pressure evenly across the torso, ensuring comfort and stability even during maximum-intensity bursts.
